    Phuket "Honeymoon"
    8.Dec.2010 - 12.Dec.2010

Pre-booked a cab the night before for 6.30am, to be in time for my 8am flight =)

    Departure Gate - D34...
Best departure ever - smooth and swift, no waiting time at all... I'm good =P
    Timing just just nice

    The airplane:
Finally after 2hrs of flying (actually less than that), I've reached Phuket safely!

I got this information guide and map, pretty useful...

I got a "cab" right after coming out of the departure hall @ THB500 from Airport to Renaissance. Not sure if this is ok, but I was apparently told that Phuket is the most expensive place in the whole of Thailand, it win even Bangkok!

Anyway, it got me safely and comfortably to my destination so I'm happy =D

My "chauffeur" a very very nice uncle, though with limited english.

Oh ya, when I came out of the departure hall, no one "hue" me lor... den I found out they actually tgt I'm Thai! Until I bought the "Taxi ticket" then people know I'm a tourist (hahaz) But they were very friendly after seeing me holding on to that ticket stub and directed me to my "taxi".

    My only luggage:
Along the way to the hotel, I saw a lot of these rows of trees, very beautiful. The cam seriously ain't as good as our eyes!

I like this view, give me a very soothing feeling - naturalistic and relaxing feel.

Finally, we're approaching... But uncle told me Renaissance is a very very very secluded and private area, deep deep inside (hubby did tell me too). And he mentioned it's 5km away... from the main road.

Finally I saw the hotel name!

And more posh hotels along the way, not sure if all actually belongs to the Marriott family though.

The long, narrow 2-way road... but I'm kinda used to this kind of driving liaoz... coz these drivers are really pro - kudos to them.

    Finally another 1.3km to go:

Yeah... I'm here!!!! Gosh it looks real posh man...

The security guard scanning the vehicle before letting us enter:

    The lobby:

Super nice view. Upon seeing this, I know Hubby is right - I'll really like it!
    Lots' of infinity designs

    Comfy and spacious lobby
And these peeps in the picture are waiting for their "cars" to leave the resort

Finally I "check-in" and proceeded to my Hubby Tubby's room - 109 (ground floor unit)

Comfy shoes! I love them, really of good quality.

The room! My first thought was - OH MY GOD!!!!!

    Happy Me

    The Snack Bar counter:

Super Big and Bouncy bed! And there's many many many pillows! 6 to be exact wahahaha~

It's an open concept bathroom! Cool!

The mini balcony with garden view.

    The garden view mentioned:

Internet! Hubby managed to get internet! Yeah!~

It's only 10am!!! And I'm preparing for my morning bubble bath wahahaha~

    The room key

Well-stocked fridge. The coconut-shaped drinks looks quite but haven't got the courage to try yet moreover not cheap =P

    There's even wine!!!

    Wardrobe 1:

    I love these hangers.

Complimentary morning fruits (not to my liking though):

Iron + Iron Board: nice design, I gonna incorporate this in my Punggol's flat design.

    Wardrobe 2
Hubby is so sweet... he unpacked all my clothes in advance and pack nicely in the wardrobe for me!

Full view of Wardrobe 2 from the bathroom

View of the room from the bathroom. So shiok right - soaking in hot bubble bath + watching TV, wow, that's the life man =P

Full view of the toilet with the toilet door closed

Blinds that can be put down to have privacy in the toilet

    heeheez... the comfy shoes

    Setting up my bubble bath!

    Guess what is this:
It's the shower hose! Super innovative design, I like it. The best bath tub I've seen and used so far!

But too bad, SG houses so small, how to put bathtub in bathroom? =(

    Hubby is really getting neater!

2-sided retractable mirror, one side is a magnifier...
I want one in my future bathroom too!

The shower area! You can even seat when you're showering!

    This is very interesting:

    My Bubble Bath is ready:

Bubble Bath was created using this!

It's a limited edition this year, with 3 flavors, highly recommended.
Thanks to the saleslady who introduced this to me at JP BodyShop!

Complimentary from Hubby's company - travel adapter. So nice and compact.

    My working desk:

    Time checked: 10.42am
    Ready for my Bubble Bath!

    Bubble bubble!!!
